Thank you so much for organizing our holiday in New Zealand. We had an amazing journey thanks to your efficiency on booking our flights, connecting flights, our airport transfers and insurance. Mum was treated like royalty, with a wheelchair waiting at every point. We had a staff member at each airport to put the wheelchair and direct us to collect baggage and transfers. Sue said "We can do that for you", got me a great price and then told me they would come and pick me up and take me to the airport and back home when I return. There was a possibility that the flight might get cancelled. Sue didn't just drop me off at the airport. She carried my bag and made sure I was checked in safe and sound before she left me.
